Psychological Services — Consultation, counselling, and psychotherapy for individuals (ages 15 and up) and some couples.

No referral from a physician is required.

First appointments generally require 2 to 3 hours, and can be terminated by you at any time.

No paperwork is required until the end of the first appointment.

Meetings are by appointment only.

Fees: Not covered by Nova Scotia Health Card (MSI), but we do accept third party insurance (e.g., Blue Cross, Manulife, Canada Life, and Employee Assistance Programs — EAP), as well as direct self-pay. As of January 15, 2025, for new clients, the fee will be $210.00 per hour (full 60 minutes).
